By purchasing artwork from me and accepting payment for this invoice, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Payment:
Payment for artwork is upfront.I do not accept refunds after payment is finalized.There is no deadline, but I can offer an approximation of how long it will take to start and finish the artwork.
Process:
I maintain a queue of commissions and work on a few pieces at a time. Work on a client's order does not start immediately after accepting a commission, unless my queue is empty.During the sketch stage, I allow for at least 2 rounds of revisions. This includes changes to the composition, pose and proportions.During the color/lighting composition phase, I allow for at least 2 rounds of revisions for the colors.During the rendering stage (in fully rendered pieces), I allow for at least 3 rounds of minor adjustments to the rendering.After the client receives a progress report and is asked for a list of changes they'd like, they have at most 10 days to either provide the list of changes or allow me to move onto the next stage in the workflow. After this time elapses, I reserve the right to cancel the commission with no refund. This rule is to prevent situations in which my queue is occupied indefinitely.
Use:
The client may not use the artwork to sell it for profit under these terms and conditions. To use my artwork commercially, another set of terms and conditions can be discussed, though this will change the price.The client may crop, resize, or create icons, wallpapers and other such non-commercial graphics using the piece, but they may not post alterations to the artwork itself publicly without my permission.I retain the right to include the high resolution versions of the image in premium access collections I may create in the future, such as Patreon, as well as the right to post the image publicly and use it to promote my work. The client can also make the full resolution version available for free of their own accord.The client may post the artwork publicly on social media so long as they credit me.
